By downloading, accessing, or using Koinpoint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our App or services.

To use Koinpoint, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

• Crypto Transactions: Users can buy or sell cryptocurrencies. For sales, users transfer the cryptocurrency to a designated CoinPayments wallet address. For purchases, users complete the payment using Paystack or Flutterwave.
• Gift Card Purchases: Users can buy digital gift cards. Payment is processed via Paystack or Flutterwave, and gift cards are sent directly to the user's email address.
• Airtime & Data: Users can purchase mobile airtime or data, paid through Paystack or Flutterwave. The selected airtime/data is sent to the phone number provided.

• Account Registration: To use certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• Account Security: Notify Koinpoint immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Personal Information: By creating an account, you consent to Koinpoint's use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Payment Providers: Koinpoint uses third-party payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, and CoinPayments) for transactions. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment providers.
• Fees: Koinpoint may charge transaction fees for certain services. Fees will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Currency and Exchange Rates: Payments are processed in the currencies supported by our payment providers. Exchange rates may fluctuate and affect the final cost of your transaction.

• Crypto Sales: Users selling cryptocurrency must transfer the specified amount to the designated CoinPayments wallet address. Transactions are subject to processing time based on network conditions and may incur network fees.
• Crypto Purchases: Users buying cryptocurrency pay through Paystack or Flutterwave. Upon successful payment, Koinpoint will process the cryptocurrency purchase on behalf of the user.
• Transaction Confirmations: Koinpoint is not responsible for delays or errors due to network congestion, transaction malfunctions, or other issues related to blockchain technology.

• Gift Card Purchases: Users can purchase gift cards through Paystack or Flutterwave. Upon successful payment, the gift card will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Non-Refundable: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and may be subject to expiration or specific terms and conditions set by the issuer.

• Service Details: Koinpoint offers airtime and data purchase services. Users select the desired product and input the phone number to which the airtime/data should be sent.
• Payment: Airtime and data purchases are processed via Paystack or Flutterwave. Users are responsible for verifying the phone number provided.

You agree not to engage in or encourage others to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Tampering with the App, bypassing security features, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Using the App in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Your use of Koinpoint is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

All content and intellectual property rights in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Koinpoint or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use or distribution of any content may result in legal action.

Koinpoint provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or any transactions conducted through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koinpoint and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the App or these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koinpoint, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any breach of your representations and warranties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of the Terms and providing notice within the App. Continued use of Koinpoint after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
